Email samuelkchris@gmail.com with your device, the app version (shown in Settings) and what happened. We usually reply within two working days.

I bought Remove Ads or the Starter Pack on a new device. Open Settings › Restore purchases.
My progress is gone after reinstalling. Progress lives only on your device, so uninstalling removes it. Purchases can always be restored.
How do I stop reminders or change their time? Settings › Reminders, or your device's notification settings.
How do I change ad privacy choices? Settings › Ad privacy choices.
Can I reset my progress? Settings › Clear all data (your purchases are kept).
How do I play a friend's board? On Home, tap Play a friend's code and enter it.
